Red Pandas spend half of the day eating, datarockers spend most of the day coding. Red Panda diet is 98% bamboo, datarockers’ fuel is coffee. Red Pandas are very curious, skillful, acrobatic, and too cute to ignore, so are we. Additionally, both datarockets and Red Pandas love dancing, and know how to enjoy their Saturdays!
At datarockets, we embrace remote work since our establishment. Nevertheless, we found a way to build a strong company culture by crazily following our processes. We have pair-programming sessions to stay efficient, weekly check-in calls to share personal struggles or joys, and parties to bring everyone closer. We are in 8 different countries but it feels like we work from one room.
As much as datarockets encourages all team members to maintain a healthy work-life balance, we also build an effective learning culture to enhance individuals’ personal growth. In addition to personal development plans, datarockers have embedded learning into day-to-day work by having internal technical meetups and solving complex tasks.
